Polyethylene (PE) is the most widely used polymer in the EU27+3 with more than 30% resin share. Polyethylene is the collective term for a family of products:

• Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE),
• Linear Low-Density Polyethene (LLDPE) 
• Medium-Density Polyethylene (MDPE)
• High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
